Orders
♡ All prices shown on this website are in New Taipei Dollar.
♡ All items are made by me unless otherwise stated. Because I manage everything myself without assistants, production takes about 1 to 3 weeks (excluding shipping time), depending on the complexity of the design and the current order queue. Feel free to chat with me anytime if you’d like an update on your order status!
♡ Once your order is ready for dispatch, I will provide a tracking number to trace your delivery.
♡ RE-:Petite accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and ATM transfer (for Taiwan only).
♡ 網站上的價格均以新台幣顯示。
♡ 除非另有說明，所有物品均由本人親手訂製。由於目前我沒有助手，因此訂製時間大約為1-3週（不包含運輸時間）。具體時間取決於設計的複雜性和訂單數量。請聯繫我了解訂單狀態。
♡ 一旦訂單準備出貨，我將提供包裹追踪號碼，方便你查看包裹的動態。
♡ RE-:Petite 接受信用卡、金融卡、Paypal 和 ATM轉帳（限台灣）。
Shipping Policy
♡ Domestic and worldwide shipping are available.
♡ Domestic: Free shipping upon NTD 3500 of purchase. Shipping time is about 2-4 business days. Convenience store pick-up (7-11, Family Mart, Hi-Life) or home delivery options are available at checkout.
♡ International: All items are dispatch from Taiwan with ChungHwa Post. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order. Shipping times may vary depending on the option and location.
♡ Delivery delays might happen. If it takes longer than expected, contact me as soon as possible so that I can launch an investigation with the shipping courier.
♡ RE-:Petite is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim.
♡ Please ensure all contact details are correct on your order so that customs and couriers can contact you when required.
♡ If the customer does not pick up or sign the parcel and causes the parcel to be returned back, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping and taxes/duties cost. The order is forfeited and no refund will be issued if the customer refuses to pay the extra cost as all sales are final.
♡ 國內及國際均可運送。
♡ 國內運送：滿新台幣3500元即可享免運，預計運送時間約為2-4個工作日。可以選擇超商取貨（7-11、全家、萊爾富）或宅配。請在結帳時填寫取貨店家的門市名字。
♡ 國際運送：所有物品均由台灣中華郵政寄出。運費將根據訂單的重量、尺寸和目的地在結帳時計算。運送時間會根據選項和地點而有所不同。遞送可能延遲。若運送超過預期時間，請盡快和我聯繫，以便我能與運送公司溝通。
♡ RE-:Petite不對運送過程中的物品損壞或遺失負責。如果你收到的物品有損壞，請聯繫運送公司提出索賠。
♡ 請確保訂單中的所有聯繫方式都正確無誤，方便海關和運送公司與你聯繫。
♡ 如果客戶未取件或未簽收包裹且導致包裹被退回，客戶需負責重新運送和稅金/關稅費用。如果客戶拒絕支付額外費用，則被視為棄單，且不予退款。一經售出，概不退換。
Customs & Import Taxes
♡ RE-:Petite is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are covered by the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
♡ RE-:Petite不對國際訂單所產生的任何關稅和稅金負責。所有在運送過程中或之後產生的費用均由客戶承擔（關稅、稅金等）。
Returns Policy
♡ RE-:Petite DO NOT accept any return and refund for made to order items.
♡ All sales are final and no cancellations.
♡ Please refer to Size Guide to choose a perfect size. If you have any doubt on sizing matters, I am happy to communicate and discuss with you.
♡ RE-:Petite 恕不接受接單製作的退換貨及退款。
♡ 所有銷售均為最終銷售，不可取消。
♡ 請參考 尺寸指南 選擇合適的尺寸。如果在尺寸方面有任何疑慮，都很歡迎隨時跟我討論喔！
Care
♡ Always separate light, vibrant, and dark-coloured clothing when doing laundry.
♡ Please read and adhere to the washing and care instructions for your purchased item diligently. RE-:Petite will not assume liability or issue a refund for damage caused by failure to follow these instructions.
♡ 洗滌時，請務必將淺色、鮮艷色和深色衣物分開。
♡ 請仔細閱讀並遵守所購買物品的洗滌和保養說明。如果未遵守說明而造成損壞，RE-:Petite將不承擔責任，也不會退款。
Colour Disclaimer
♡ Due to the inconsistencies of lighting sources, digital photography and dye lot variations, actual colours may vary. Every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and everyone sees these colours differently. Please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. RE-:Petite cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the item.
♡ 由於照明來源、數碼攝影和染色批次的不一致性，實際顏色可能會有所不同。每台電腦的顯示器和個人對這些顏色的看法也不相同。請理解實際顏色可能會略有偏差。RE-:Petite無法保證所看到的顏色準確地呈現了物品的真實顏色。
