Finding Comfort in the Little Things

I haven’t been go home for Lunar New Year two years in a row. Is it just me, or do those who starting a business overseas feel like we can’t go home without achieving something first?

Rain seems to be the norm in the city I live in. It’s been raining continuously for a week. Unfortunately, I got sick right before the holiday. Drowsy and lethargic the whole time. Finally, a sunny day yesterday. I went to the nearby park to soak up some sunshine. The warmth of the sun was so comforting, it’shard to put into words.

After I got home and took a nap, my condition improved a bit. Maybe the universe is reminding me to spend more time in nature and get more sunlight this year. Perhaps a change to my sleeping habits too? (Extremely night owl)

Spring’s sunshine is the best. For sure, I bask in it too today! 🌻

“The warmth of sunlight, the nature, a satisfying meal and a good sleep heal us.”
